Each year, developers flock to SIGGRAPH to learn together, draw inspiration from each other, and see what the future holds for computer graphics.
Since Unreal Engine 4's release, the acceleration of our technology has been rapid and exhilarating. Epic’s eagerness to ship new tools, features and fixes is met with an equal passion from partners and the indefatigable code community to evolve this foundation into one that truly scales no matter what you want create in real-time 3D, be it a game or VR experience or film/VFX or architectural visualization.
As such, little pleases us more than exchanging ideas about rendering, art, design and new techniques for stretching what’s possible. Enter SIGGRAPH.

At NVIDIA (#500) will be an exclusive showing of Weta Digital's Thief in the Shadows VR demo, and Intel (#701) will host UE4 demos staffed by friendly faces you might recognize, including @MichaelAllar, Charleston from C-Media, and @PeterLNewton.
We're ready for the next leap forward. As our own Nick Whiting recently said, "Somewhere at SIGGRAPH, someone will be taking the first steps towards doing the thing that everyone else will be doing in five or ten years."
